Protect your purchase with our Rod Protection Plan!

Protect your investment and fish with confidence. Our optional Rod Protection Plan provides affordable coverage against accidental rod breakage and damage that occurs during normal fishing use.

Coverage Options

Bronze Protection Plan – $9.99

If your covered rod is damaged or broken, you will receive a one-time discount code equal to 25% off the current retail price of the same rod model.

Silver Protection Plan – $15.99

If your covered rod is damaged or broken, you will receive a one-time discount code equal to 50% off the current retail price of the same rod model.

Gold Protection Plan – $24.99

If your covered rod is damaged or broken, you will receive one replacement rod at no charge.

Eligibility

• Protection plans must be purchased at the same time as the rod.
• Coverage applies only to the specific rod purchased with the protection plan.
• Coverage is valid for one replacement or discount claim per rod.
• Coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

How to File a Claim

To submit a claim, email our customer service team with:

1. Your order number.
2. Photos of the damaged rod.
3. A brief description of how the damage occurred.

Once approved, Marshbound Outfitters will issue the applicable discount code or replacement rod according to the protection plan purchased.

Exclusions

Coverage does not apply to:

• Lost or stolen rods.
• Intentional damage or abuse.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect rod performance.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Commercial or guide-service use unless otherwise approved.

Replacement Availability

If the exact rod model is no longer available, Marshbound Outfitters reserves the right to provide a comparable replacement rod of equal value or issue a store credit equal to the original purchase price.

Program Changes

Marshbound Outfitters reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program for future purchases at any time. Changes will not affect protection plans already purchased.
